Municipal Solid Waste (RSU) Treatment Plants
Landfilling waste is no longer a viable option. Environmental regulations throughout the region require systems that eliminate open dumps and convert waste into resources. Enersite designs, structures and operates RSU treatment plants tailored to the reality and scale of each municipality, under a turnkey model with 20-year operation contracts.
The Process in 3 Stages
Sorting and Separation
The plant receives mixed waste. Feeder → bag ripper → ballistic classifier → pneumatic separators → manual sorting. Recovers plastics, cardboard, glass, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, PET and organic fraction.
Organic Valorisation
The separated organic matter is transformed into a fourth-generation bio-fertilizer with nutrient, insecticide and fungicide properties for soils. 100% certified organic product with a market in the agricultural sector.
Energy from Rejects
Non-recoverable materials are converted into clean energy through pyrolysis or biodigestion, with no methane generation during the process.

We work with technology from Becotec Soluções Ambientais (Brazil), distributed exclusively in Latin America by PyBrand Imp. Exp. EAS. INPI Brazil Patent No. 102016026665-3 and CREA No. 2514476755. Developed for mixed Latin American waste with no prior selective separation.
